Landon brings over 15 years of experience developing growth plans that accelerate sustainable results for organizations and their leaders. He is a trusted advisor for executives, team leaders, and investors navigating the moments that matter most — growth, transition, succession, and scale.
He holds a BA and MA in Strategic Communication, and leverages the sociological and psychological dimensions of communication to align organizations and the individuals who lead them. His work spans PE-backed portfolio companies, founder-led businesses, and executive teams preparing for what's next.
Landon's approach is direct and diagnostic. He arrives with a proven set of tools — structured programs, assessments, and frameworks built from 15+ years of applied work — and uses the diagnostic to determine exactly which ones apply, in what sequence, and at what depth.
